If you’re looking to get some fresh air and be active this spring, head to Red Bud Valley Nature Area, River Parks, Turkey Mountain, or Oxley Nature Center. All of these parks feature hikeable trails and can be great for first-timers. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and get a view of the flowers blooming.
The Tulsa Zoo is a fun and educational spring break activity that is affordable for everyone. The Zoorassic Park exhibit features prehistoric fossils and is only $5 plus your regular admission.
The Blue Whale in Catoosa
Take the kids to see one of the most iconic landmarks on Route 66 – the Big Whale. This anniversary gift has become a great spot for picnics and photo-ops.
Drive-in at the Admiral Twin
If you’ve never been, the weather is perfect for an outdoor movie. Take the family to see Cinderella or Insurgent this spring break. Shows usually start around 7:30 p.m.
